Shipping Services

US Domestic Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping times refer to transit time only and do not include handling or processing time, which typically takes 1–3 business days.

If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping option, please contact us before placing your order.


International Shipping

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times by region after shipment:

  • Canada: 6–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 8–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

Handling Time & Order Cut-Off

  • Handling time and transit time are calculated from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays.
  • Total delivery time = handling time + shipping transit time.
  • Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Delivery Zones

Fancydazy ships within the United States and to many international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia.


Restricted Delivery Areas

Due to regulations, political conditions, or carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sierra Leone
  • Palestinian Territories
  • South Sudan
  • Myanmar
  • Crimea (Ukraine)
  • Other regions affected by political instability or pandemic-related restrictions

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped via USPS or equivalent international postal partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery.


Estimated Time of Arrival

All products sold on Fancydazy are standard, non-custom items (including apparel, blankets, and calendars).

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.


Business Days

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (EST), excluding postal holidays. These holidays include, but are not limited to:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and pack your order before shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information. If tracking details are not immediately available, this simply means the package has not yet been fully processed by the carrier.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply.
  • Orders returned to the sender may be donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse.

If you contact the carrier to redirect or forward a package after it has shipped, Fancydazy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur.
