Cancellation & Replacement Policy
At Fancydazy, we understand that plans can change. Please review our Cancellation & Replacement Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us at contact@fancydazy.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe:
- You will receive a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
After the 24-hour window, cancellation may no longer be possible, as the order may have already entered processing or been prepared for shipment.
Our support team aims to respond to all cancellation requests within 24 business hours.
In the rare event that we fail to process your cancellation request in time and the order is still delivered, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned and verified.
⚠️ Please do not return any items without contacting us and receiving confirmation first.
Order Replacement
Fancydazy sells standard, non-custom products only (including apparel, blankets, and calendars).
Replacements may be offered in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item due to our error
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item is missing parts or does not match the product description
To request a replacement, please contact us at contact@fancydazy.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Order exchanges (such as changing size, color, or item) are only available within 24 hours of order placement and before the order enters processing.
After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, exchanges are no longer possible.
Important Notes
- Requests made after shipment may not be eligible for cancellation or exchange
- Fancydazy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer
