We sell made-to-order products such as shirts, blankets, calendars, and other personalized items to customers worldwide.
Below is our simple and clear refund and return policy.


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable items

  • Personal care items

  • Any customized or personalized products once produced (unless defective)

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your item directly back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

We may offer a partial refund in cases such as:

  • Items with signs of use

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
